3.159

讚曰：此即第二一切有情皆金剛藏。即如來藏堅實難壞，能有破裂生死之德，名金剛藏。金剛藏菩薩能證於此金剛藏理，亦能獲得金剛藏智名金剛藏。然今一切有情本體皆金剛藏，然以般若金剛藏教灌灑身心，悉得堅實破裂生死堅固之法，故知有情皆金剛藏。灌者入身心之義，灑者破生死之業，以彼展轉金剛藏教所灌灑時破生死故。

The commentary states: This is the second, that all sentient beings are the vajragarbha. It is the tathāgatagarbha, hard, solid, difficult to destroy, and capable of the virtue of shattering samsāra, that is named the 'vajragarbha'. Vajragarbha Bodhisattva is able to realize this vajragarbha principle and is also able to obtain vajragarbha wisdom, and is thus named Vajragarbha. Yet now the original entity of all sentient beings is the vajragarbha; and by having their body and mind sprinkled and consecrated by the teaching of the prajñā vajragarbha, they all obtain the solid dharma that shatters samsāra; therefore we know that sentient beings are all the vajragarbha. 'Guan' (sprinkling/pouring) has the meaning of entering the body and mind; 'sa' (shedding/sprinkling) has the karma of shattering samsāra; because when they are successively sprinkled by that teaching of the vajragarbha, they shatter samsāra.
