3.16

經曰：告金剛手菩薩等言：若有得聞如是四種般若理趣現等覺門，信解受持讀誦修習乃至當坐妙菩提座，雖造一切極重惡業，而能超越一切惡趣，疾證無上正等菩提。

The Sūtra states: he addressed Bodhisattva Vajrapāṇi and the others, saying: 'If anyone gets to hear these four gates of the manifest complete awakening of the guiding principle of wisdom, and faithfully understands, upholds, reads, recites, and cultivates them, up until sitting upon the wondrous bodhi-seat, even though they commit all extremely grave evil karma, they will be able to transcend all unfortunate destinies and swiftly realize unsurpassed complete awakening.'
