3.97

讚曰：自下第二明法性輪。於中有三：初別法、次通法、後位法。別法中有七，此初三科也。義別說三，體真法性。

The Commentary says: From here below is the second [part], explaining the wheel of the nature of dharmas. Within this there are three: first, specific dharmas; next, common dharmas; and last, status dharmas. Within specific dharmas there are seven, and these are the first three categories. Although three are distinguished in meaning, their substance is the real nature of dharmas.
