The commentary states: The meaning of these two lines refers to the great radiance of Dharma that correctly and fully understands the signs that are immeasurable and boundless, attaining and reaching the limitless and unmeasured signs of the ten directions equal to the dharmadhātu, and therefore [the mind] is supremely pliant and comfortable. Because it manifests and illuminates practice, it is called "radiance of Dharma." Since one can broadly penetrate and accord with the nature of phenomena, realizing the true and marvelous principle, the mind is supremely pliant and comfortable; and the wisdom that is able to understand this, clearly manifesting and illuminating, is called the "radiance of Dharma." Because these two are free from defilement, they are called "pure."
