述曰，此顯常心也。謂菩薩攝他同己，他度即我，己外無他，故能常度。
The commentary states: This reveals the constant mind. The bodhisattva assimilates others to oneself; others' liberation is one's own, and outside oneself there are no others; therefore, one can constantly liberate [them].
