述曰，依世親上來當宗正明竟，自下廣破眾疑分，於中論有十三分，今科為十二。謂初周說中於此已下，有四重校量。

The commentary says: According to Vasubandhu, the direct clarification of the central doctrine up to this point is concluded; from here below is the section broadly refuting various doubts. Within it, the treatise has thirteen sections, which are now divided into twelve headings. That is, within this first cycle of exposition, from here below, there are four comparisons.
