The commentary states: This is the explanation. It means that due to the cause of hearing this sūtra, contemplating and cultivating according to the teaching, inducing non-conceptual wisdom, and bringing wondrous true wisdom to perfection, the principle is generated from this; previously obscured by delusion, it is termed 'emergence'. Here, speaking of them combined together, it simply says 'emerge'. "All Buddhas" refers to the Buddhas of the saṃbhogakāya and nirmāṇakāya being born from this sūtra. "And all Buddhas' anuttarabodhi" refers to the Buddhas of the dharmakāya emerging from this sūtra. The treatise says "with respect to reality it is called the elucidating cause", which means that with respect to the unconditioned real mark it is attained through the elucidating cause.
