The commentary states: In this explanation, first he clarifies that all Buddhas preach and praise it alike; next, he demonstrates that he does not preach it alone; this is the first. "What the Buddha preaches as the perfection of wisdom" means that the Buddhas of the ten directions preach it alike. This means that although they preach without conceptualization, they also speak through causal adaptation; just as it is said that they merely have no conceptualization grasping the Dharma King for themselves, it is not that they lack an intrinsic nature through causal adaptation. "Is precisely not the perfection of wisdom" means it is not expounded by one Buddha alone. This means: because prajñā is the original mother of all Buddhas and can give birth to all Buddhas, all Buddhas praise it alike. If there is one who receives and upholds even a four-line verse, it surpasses abundant offerings.
