述曰，此第三復次釋所以也。於中初、釋前受、持福多所以，次、轉釋疑。前中有二，初、問，次、答，此初也。

The commentary states: This is the third occurrence of "furthermore," explaining the reason. Within it, first he explains the reason why the merit of the previous receiving and upholding is great; next, he further resolves doubts. The previous part has two divisions: first, the question; next, the answer. This is the first.
