述曰，此第三結也。謂若有分別，即有業生死起；既除分別之相，妄想生死都無，則名諸佛也。此意云，縱捨多身命，非證理之因；若暫聽經，便是離相之福，謂因受、持聽聞故，當證二無我理，既是勝因，故多捨命之福也。

The Commentary states: This is the third, the conclusion. It means that if there is discrimination, then karmic saṃsāra arises; since marks of discrimination are removed, false conceptualization and saṃsāra are entirely gone, and thus one is called a Buddha. The meaning here is: even if one relinquishes many bodies and lives, it is not the cause for realizing the principle; but if one temporarily listens to the sūtra, that is the merit of freeing oneself from marks. This means that because of receiving, upholding, and listening to it, one will realize the principle of the two kinds of selflessness; since this is an excellent cause, its merit exceeds that of relinquishing one's life.
