2.126

述曰，此第二、明法唯佛得也。「一切法」者，謂真理萬法之本體，故名為一切；「皆是佛法」者，獨唯佛證，餘不得故。

Commentary: This is the second [part], clarifying that the Dharma is attained only by the Buddha. 'All phenomena' refers to the true principle, the fundamental essence of all phenomena; hence it is called 'all'. 'Are the Buddha-Dharma' means that it is realized exclusively by the Buddha, and others do not attain it.
