述曰，此第二釋中有二，初、明無相是真莊嚴，次、明達理是真菩薩，此初也。「如來說莊嚴」者，謂無相之莊嚴；「即非莊嚴」者，非有相之莊嚴；「是名莊嚴」者，是真實莊嚴也。

Commentary: Within this second [part], the explanation, there are two: first, clarifying that signlessness is the true adornment; next, clarifying that penetrating the principle is the true bodhisattva; this is the first. "What the Tathāgata speaks of as adorning" refers to the adornment of signlessness; "is not adorning" means it is not an adornment possessing signs; "this is called adorning" means it is the real adornment.
