述曰，此第三結也。「說法者」者，謂總舉說法也。「無法可說」者，謂真理中無有少法可說也。謂要達遍計所執空無而說，是名說法也；若執真如為實無說，即非說法也。

The Commentary states: This is the third, the conclusion. "In teaching the Dharma" generally presents the teaching of the Dharma. "There is no Dharma that can be taught" means that in the true principle, there is not the slightest Dharma that can be taught. It means that one must realise the emptiness and non-existence of the parikalpita (imagined nature) in order to speak—this is called teaching the Dharma. If one grasps tathatā as an actual non-teaching, that is not teaching the Dharma.
