2.225

述曰，舍衛漏此文。世親，此第三疑中第三文也。謂有疑曰：「若言諸佛說者，是無所說法；不離於法身，亦是其無有何等人能信如是甚深法界耶？」就釋此疑中，初、善現問，次、如來答，此初也。

The Commentary states: The Śrāvastī [recension] lacks this passage. Vasubandhu [explains that] this is the third passage within the third doubt. That is to say, there is a doubt: "If it is said that what all Buddhas teach is a Dharma without anything taught, not apart from the dharmakāya, and also that there is no such person, who could believe in such a profound dharmadhātu?" In explaining this doubt, first Subhūti asks, and next the Tathāgata answers. This is the first.
