述曰，世親云，此第三功德校量也。於中初、正校量，次、釋所以。前中初、舉施，次、以福校量，此初也。

The commentary states: Vasubandhu says: This is the third [section], the comparative evaluation of merit. Within it, first, the actual comparative evaluation; next, the explanation of the reason. Within the former: first, bringing up the giving; next, comparing it with merit; this is the first.
