述曰，此第二、說非也。謂佛但於假蘊因緣和合之上假說一合，非則如其所執一合相也。「則非一合相」者，非是所執一合相也，但假說一合既非，即明世界亦非有實也。

The commentary states: This is the second part, which speaks of negation. It means that the Buddha merely speaks conventionally of a unitary composite upon the causal and conditional aggregation of the provisional aggregates; it is not the unitary composite characteristic as clung to [by ordinary beings]. 'Is not a unitary composite characteristic' means that it is not the unitary composite characteristic that is clung to; since merely speaking conventionally of a unitary composite is already negated, this clarifies that worlds, too, are not real existents.
