述曰，此總結也。「所言法相者」者，謂假說法相也。「即非法相」者，非是實執之法相也。

The commentary states: This is the summary. 'What is called the characteristic of dharmas' refers to conventionally speaking of the characteristic of dharmas. 'Is not the characteristic of dharmas' means that it is not the characteristic of dharmas that is clung to as real.
