論云「離二種障：一、煩惱障，得阿羅漢故離；二、三昧障，得無諍故離，故無所行。」阿蘭那者，此云寂靜。

The commentary says: "Free from two kinds of obscurations: first, the afflictive obscuration, which is abandoned through attaining arhatship; second, the obscuration of samādhi, which is abandoned through attaining non-disputation (araṇa); hence there is nothing practiced." As for araṇa, here it is rendered as 'peace and quiet'.
