論云「一切法者，皆真如體，故皆佛法。即非者，由色等法即真如故，即非色等法真如，常無色等諸相故。是名者，即是真如法自性矣。」

The treatise says: "'All dharmas' are all the substance of tathatā, hence they are all Buddha dharmas. 'Are not' means that because dharmas such as form are tathatā, they are not the dharmas of form and so on; tathatā is eternally free from marks such as form. 'Are called' means that it is indeed the intrinsic nature of the dharma of tathatā."
