初正明流是集諦，轉是苦諦。無著云：「若著色等則於流轉苦中疲乏，故菩提心不生。」後引證，引前說無住施具含六度，證此文矣。

First, directly explaining: flow (liu) is the truth of origin, and turning (zhuan) is the truth of suffering. Asaṅga says: "If one is attached to form and the like, one will be exhausted by the suffering of saṃsāra, and thus bodhicitta will not arise." Later, citing proof: citing the earlier statement that non-abiding generosity fully contains the six pāramitās confirms this passage.
