○十、斷如遍有得、無得疑，論云「若聖人以無為真如法得名，彼真如一切時處恒有，何故有得者、有不得？」
10. Severing the doubt that tathatā is omnipresent, yet some attain it and some do not. The Treatise says: "If noble beings are named by virtue of the unconditioned Dharma of tathatā, and that tathatā is constantly present in all times and places, why is it that some attain it and some do not?"
