輕賤者，總包，於中或打、或罵故。隋譯云「輕賤甚輕賤」。無著云：「此毀辱事有無量門故。」復云：「甚輕賤，當得菩提者罪滅故。」
"Reviled and disparaged" is an overarching term, encompassing whether being beaten or cursed. The Sui translation says: "reviled, extremely reviled." Asaṅga says: "Because these matters of humiliation have immeasurable approaches." He also says: "Being extremely reviled, they will attain bodhi because their sins are eradicated."
