以佛下。釋。如開題處明已。今唯言經而不言契者，以為有般若揀濫，明非《道德》等經，故不言也。

"By the Buddha..." Below: explanation. It has already been clarified in the opening section on the title. Here, it speaks only of "sūtra" and not of "matching", because there is "prajñā" to eliminate confusion and clarify that it is not a scripture such as the Daodejing; therefore it is not mentioned.
