不一不二者。欲言其一，體用有殊。欲言其二，寂照常俱。故非一二。
As for "neither one nor two": If one wishes to say they are one, substance and function are distinct. If one wishes to say they are two, stillness and illumination are constantly together. Hence they are neither one nor two.
