2.85

含攝之義，如上所明。能所總該故，言理無不盡。此乃文字則該能詮盡，般若則該所詮盡，詮旨既備故云統為教體。

The meaning of inclusion is as explained above. Because both subject and object are comprehensively subsumed, it is said that 'in principle, nothing is left unexhausted.' Thus, the words fully encompass the signifier, while prajñā fully encompasses the signified; since both expression and import are complete, it is said that they together constitute the essence of the teaching.
