前六者。十中前六行也。以配此中第二住處，以此住處說六度故，即布施配歡喜行，持戒配饒益行，忍辱配無瞋恨行，精進配無盡行，禪定配離癡亂行，智慧配善現行，心離分別善巧示現故。

On "the first six": this refers to the first six practices among the ten. They are correlated with the second dwelling place here, because this dwelling place expounds the six pāramitās: giving correlates with joyous practice, observing precepts correlates with beneficial practice, patience correlates with non-resentment practice, vigor correlates with inexhaustible practice, meditative concentration correlates with practice free from delusion and distraction, and wisdom correlates with well-manifested practice, because when the mind is free from discrimination it skillfully manifests.
