心寂下二句，對正宗法也。謂安坐始能說經，心寂方彰妙慧也。
The two lines beginning "Mind being still..." correspond to the main teaching of the Dharma. This means that only when peacefully seated can one expound the sūtra; only when the mind is still can wondrous wisdom be manifested.
