疏二發起行相者。既欲種性不斷，故須發起修行之相也。謂申下。指經。其實佇聽亦在此攝。

In the Commentary, regarding "2. The marks of giving rise to practice": since one wishes for the lineage to be uninterrupted, one must give rise to the marks of cultivation and practice. "Regarding 'stating'..." points to the sūtra. In fact, listening intently is also subsumed herein.
