肇云下。二、引肇注。此即名見法身佛之行相，恐人聞諸相非相即見如來，便希無相之佛昭然目前，若如是者，何殊彼相，故云行合等。智與理冥、心與神會，故云行合。

"Sengzhao says..." below: second, citing Sengzhao's commentary. This is precisely the mental activity of seeing the dharmakāya Buddha. Fearing that when people hear that all marks are non-marks they will see the Tathāgata, and so they will hope for a signless Buddha brightly apparent before their eyes—if it were like this, how would it differ from those marks? Hence he says "practice accords, etc." Wisdom merges with principle, and mind unites with spirit; hence he says "practice accords."
