總解等者。經云：「若心取相。」相中意舍法非法相，故云總也。
On 'General explanation…' and so forth: The sūtra says: 'If the mind grasps at characteristics.' Within 'characteristics', it intends to include both the characteristics of phenomena and non-phenomena; hence it says 'general'.
