皆同等者。謂四禪已上三災不及，故不說成之與壞。三禪已下統維三災，故云同一成壞。就中從初禪已下同火災，二禪已下同水災，三禪已下同風災。七寶等可知。

[On the passage] "All share the same...": from the fourth dhyāna upward, the three calamities do not reach, so creation and destruction are not spoken of. From the third dhyāna down, they are uniformly bound by the three calamities; hence it says they share the same creation and destruction. Within this, from the first dhyāna down they share the calamity of fire; from the second dhyāna down, the calamity of water; from the third dhyāna down, the calamity of wind. The seven treasures and so forth can be understood.
