入流果。經問意云：於汝意中如何？汝謂須陀洹人作念云得須陀洹果不？答言：不也。徵意云：若如是者，以何義故得名須陀洹？釋意云：但約不入色等境界，即名須陀洹。

The fruit of entering the stream. The sūtra's inquiry means: What do you think in your mind? Do you say that a srotaāpanna generates the thought, "I have attained the fruit of a srotaāpanna"? The answer says: No. The inquiry's purport means: If it is so, by what meaning do they receive the name srotaāpanna? The explanation's purport means: Merely in terms of not entering realms such as visible forms, they are named a srotaāpanna.
