故云下。結成第三果也。即以見道八品無為，及修道九品無為，為此果體。此二三果人斷惑，猶如截木橫斷，而已知之。同前者，合云已悟無我雖能往來。

"Therefore it says, etc." concludes the establishment of the third fruit. It takes the eight grades of asaṃskṛta of the path of seeing and the nine grades of asaṃskṛta of the path of cultivation as the essence of this fruit. These persons of the second and third fruits sever afflictions just like cutting wood crosswise, and they know it themselves. "Same as the previous" means it should say: having already awakened to selflessness, although able to go and come.
