4.86

三中疏前但下。意云：前之三事收過未盡，不妨有、不著自身、不著果報，不為報恩而行施者，亦非無住。

In the third part, the commentary's 'Previously merely...': The meaning is: the previous three matters did not exhaustively cover all faults; it does not prevent someone who does not cling to their own body, does not cling to karmic reward, and does not practice giving to repay kindness, from still not being without abiding.
