論云下。引證。慧眼等者，謂空生混跡寄位小乘，自證人空已來，未聞法空之理，以法空是大乘所證境故。

The commentary states: [...] This adduces the proof. Regarding "the wisdom-eye" and so forth: Subhūti, blending his traces and lodging his rank in the Small Vehicle, ever since directly realizing the emptiness of persons, had never heard the principle of the emptiness of phenomena, because the emptiness of phenomena is the sphere realized by the Great Vehicle.
