二都下。為前來兩重校量皆言經勝，釋勝所以已列九門，每門之中各是一義，未知根本何謂勝乎？斯則於勝所以中，更徵勝所以也。

The second [section], below "All...": Because both preceding comparative assessments stated that the sūtra is superior, and in explaining the reason for this superiority nine headings were already set out, each conveying a distinct point—yet one does not yet know fundamentally why it is called superior. This, then, queries further within the reason for its superiority into the reason for its superiority.
