斷疑。經意云：如來之言真實無異，皆如其事不狂眾生，持說必趣菩提，汝等云何不信？又以如來說於真實等，故名如來為真實語者。由是者字皆屬如來。

[Regarding] resolving the doubt: The intention of the sūtra is that the Tathāgata's words are true, real, and not discordant, and all accord with things as they are, not deceiving sentient beings; upholding and expounding [them] will certainly lead to bodhi—why do you not believe? Furthermore, because the Tathāgata speaks what is true and real, the Tathāgata is called 'one who speaks the truth' and so forth. Therefore, the word 'one who' (者) in all these instances refers to the Tathāgata.
