心不淨者。由執著故為塵所染，正智不生不證真理，故云不得。得即證也。
[Regarding] 'the mind is not pure': Due to clinging attachment, one is defiled by sense-objects; correct wisdom does not arise and one does not realize the true principle, so it is said to 'not attain.' 'Attaining' means realizing.
