答：「餘所校量，但是別意，以之斷疑，實非前說五重次第也。由是隨時略舉一三千界寶，或須彌聚寶，或阿僧祇界寶，以為校量。若不然者，豈得勝義之後，却舉劣福為次第耶？」

Answer: "The other comparisons are only for distinct intentions, using them to resolve doubts; they are not genuinely the fivefold sequence spoken of before. Thus, as occasion requires, it briefly adduces the jewels of a three-thousandfold world, or the mass of jewels of Sumeru, or the jewels of asaṃkhyeya worlds for comparison. If it were not so, how could it proceed from the paramārtha to instead cite inferior merit as the sequence?"
