謂彼下。釋無虛也。有兩意：一則無離文字說解脫故，二則明菩提不同言說全無性故。故魏經云：「不實不妄語。」

"Saying that..." and so forth explains "not unreal." There are two meanings: first, liberation is not expounded apart from words; second, it clarifies that bodhi, unlike mere verbal expression, is not entirely devoid of nature. Therefore the Wei translation of the sūtra says: "neither real nor false speech."
