希有者。化身也。如前所說四種事故。意明受持讀誦具獲三身功德圓滿也。有云：能趣菩提故云最上，勝出諸乘故云第一，世間無比故云希有。

"Rare": the transformation body (nirmāṇakāya). This is because of the four kinds of matters spoken of previously. The intention is to clarify that upholding, reading, and reciting fully obtains the complete merit of the three bodies. Some say: being able to tend toward bodhi, it is called 'most supreme'; surpassing all vehicles, it is called 'foremost'; being incomparable in the world, it is called 'rare.'"},Objectively speaking: "有佛" is having the Buddha.
