無別等者。謂釋迦一佛初中後說，竟無別異增減，然乃但據真實無差，不約言辭有異耳。

"No difference, etc.": this means that what the single Buddha Śākyamuni preached in the beginning, middle, and end has ultimately no difference, increase, or decrease; however, this is solely based on reality being without discrepancy, not in terms of words having differences.
