我法是記者。謂大乘宗地上菩薩，於後得智中所變名等，唯是善性非無記性。

"Our teaching is karmically determinate" means that according to the Mahāyāna tradition, the names and so forth manifested by bodhisattvas on the stages within subsequent cognition are exclusively of wholesome nature, not karmically indeterminate.
