若爾下。結成疑也。意云：能說之佛既虛，所說之教豈實？持說不實之教，寧有福耶？
From "If so..." onwards: concluding the formulation of the doubt. The intent is: since the Buddha who explains is insubstantial, how could the teaching explained be real? If one upholds and explains an unreal teaching, how could there be merit?
