既說法之心，如彼真如無有分別，不取能所說相，所獲功德利益至矣，故決定說也。
Since the mind that preaches the Dharma is, like that tathatā, free of discrimination, not grasping at the characteristics of speaker and spoken, the merit and benefit obtained are supreme; therefore it is expounded decisively.
