觀此等者。隨順出離也。又解等者，執著身受是隨順過失也。所謂執身為常、執受為樂，即是顛倒，顛倒即過失也。

"Contemplating this, etc.": according with transcendence. Another explanation: clinging to body and sensation accords with faults. That is, grasping the body as permanent and grasping sensation as pleasure is inversion; inversion is fault.
