受想等者，因即是觸受之因故，想能助受故。《俱舍》云：「受同飲食，想同助味。」
"Sensation, perception, etc.": the cause is contact, because it is the cause of sensation; perception can assist sensation. The Abhidharmakośa says: "Sensation is like food; perception is like seasoning."
