若諸菩薩下。指疑起處。即從次前文來。論中即云：「若菩薩不受彼果報」等。

From "If bodhisattvas..." onward points to where the doubt arises. This comes directly from the immediately preceding text. In the treatise it says: "If bodhisattvas do not receive that retribution," and so forth.
