此約下。懸指斷疑之意。彼約一異雙存而難，此據一異俱非而通也。

From "This is in terms of..." onward anticipates and points to the intention of severing doubt. That [doubt] raises an objection based on the dual preservation of oneness and difference, whereas this [passage] resolves it based on the negation of both oneness and difference.
