此顯下。增上心即定也，增上智即慧也。當是增勝上法，故云增上。
From "This reveals..." onwards: the higher mind is samādhi; higher wisdom is prajñā. Because they are the supreme and superior dharmas, they are called "higher" (adhimātra).
